    由于不小心打开了两个不同文件夹下的相同文件名的文档，现在我一打开word，就会显示“runtime error”,this application has requested the runtime to teminate it in an unsual way.please contact the application's support team for more information.

请问，我该怎么办？我已经安装了office 2003 SP2

重新启动电脑即可，不行的话再到WORD里去：工具栏--选项--编辑--错误不一致上把“√”去掉

我重启无数次了
还把office重新装了一下
还是这样的错误

我怀疑这个是系统的问题

可是又不知道该怎么解决
