Hi Friends is it possible to convert .AI (Adobe Illustrator) Files to PNG (Fireworks) with layers and the effects intact??

ok is it possible to conver this AI File to png?? i tried all the methds with out any success so i decided to contact the experts in here.

heres the AI File am trying to convert it to png.since its a huge file i uploaded it to a free file shareing website.

yes £¡ u can open ai files in Fireworks CS3 and save as png format, all the layers and effects can be save in the png files.
