Issues to be clarified in the kick-.off meeting:


•       Dates of delivery schedule to be defined acc. to contract 4.1
•       To be clarified ways of communication during engineering. Have been found problems in sending files via e-mail
•       Document templates and document numbers to be used
•       Flange drillings, ISO, ANSI or something else?
•       Mill standards, specificly if any requirements for engineering
•       Review of engineering schedule
•       Review of engineering documents
•       Mill visit
o       General review of existing piping
o       Checkout of planned locations of coming equipment
o       Column sizes
o       Openings
o       Embedded steel or other possible attachement method

我不知道我个搞子的背景,所以只能字面翻译了,你自己结合实际理解.
开局会议中需要明确的事项:
根据4.1合同安排送货日期
确定工程期间的沟通方式,通过E-mail方式传文件时出现了问题
需要使用的文件号及文件模板
Flange drillings, ISO, ANSI or something else?这里应该是介绍的几个组织.
Mill标准,具体的说是工程的特别要求
回顾工程时间表
回顾工程文件
Mill 访问
大体回顾现有管道系统(不确定)
检查即将到位的设备的预定位置
Column sizes应该是货物的大小,还是柱子的大小
植入金属或其他可行的联接方法
