"is anything to go by" means "in our experience" or "in the experience of the person writing" or "in the experience of the person speaking".

"give someone a run for money" means "to be as good at something as someone who is known to be extremely good."

presence 不是 presented，不是说品牌质量哦。
或许 quality 翻译成 效果 更合适，这里说的是华晨在车展上所做的展示、宣传活动的效果。
