对于Rana C. Morris, Ph.D.，Email 回信应该怎样写称呼？Dear Doctor Morris?

Dear Morris ORDear Sir?
我觉得没必要加Doctor

Rana是男人还是女人的名字？我不太确定，所以不能用sir/madam了

楼上的来得太晚了……我都已经回信了，就使用的Dear Doctor Morris （往深了说——又给国人丢脸了呢）

Dear Dr. Morris

Dear Dr. 这样的称呼是指医生，而不是博士，所以这样的写法是不够好的。

而且英文中，名字在前，所以回信就是Dear Rana就好了，无论男女都是合宜的。

如果真的不知道Morris是男还是女的:
就用 Dear Morris,

如果联收信的人姓名都不知道,可用:
To who may concern

或

Dear Sir/Madam

怎么都是用dear称呼人家的姓呢？不感到别扭吗？

之前跟些客户Email联系都是Dear XX(Last name)..
