Out of curiosity, I would like to see how you guys translate the following sentences into Chinese.

He works out of his house, he doesn't have an office of his own.

He moved out here and never left.

My idea:

他没有自己的办公室，所以在外面工作。

他搬出来到了这儿，再也不会离开了。

He works out of his house, he doesn't have an office of his own.
他在自己的房子里工作，他没有自己的办公室。

He moved out here and never left.
关于这句子，我个人认为两种意思都可。
可以认为是从这里搬出去，也可以认为是搬到这里，要根据上下文。

1.He works out of his house, he doesn't have an office of his own.

  No 1 is  the correct answer


2.从这里搬出去 = He moved out OF here.

He moved out of here and NEVER LEFT =  Make no sense.

He moved out of here and never came back = Make sense.

这两个句子我是越看越迷糊。

here前面是不加介词的，，好像。。。所以没有MOVE OUT “OF”HERE的吧。。。

here做副词的时候前面是不用介词，但是here同样也可以做名词。
像 get out of here
所以对这句我也有点迷糊
估且撇下and never left不说，单是这一句
he moved out here.
我不能确定是哪一种解释。
此处here副词是用来修饰move还是用来修饰out呢？
或者是说如果here修饰out的话一定要用"out of here"呢？
我尝试google
"moved out here from" 和 "moved out here to"
结果差不多...

个人见解。。我不知道这几句从哪里来的，不过一般人写东西不会这么写法，连续三个he..感觉就是小学生的作文水平。

他不在家工作，他（也）没有自己的办公室。

He moved out here and never left.
（于是）他搬到这里（工作）再也没有离开。
