ps三步打造霓虹灯效果

方法很简单，ps三步完成。

一、新建一图层，填充渐变色

二、高斯模糊
[img]http://codelog.cn/wp-content/uploads/2008/07/002-499x500.jpg[/img]
三、锐化10次

效果出来，里面是在放个美女还是恐龙，你随你的爱好了。
