感觉像几个人一组做那种模拟项目的练习，暂时翻译成“项目设计”了。 Professional Practice 开始也以为是“专业实践”，但是看到后面还有个 Professional Practice and Law，所以猜想是法律法规、标准、从业要求之类的东西，不知道对不对…… 不敢乱支着了，等待懂的人:o :p [code]practice

对，以前很多同学考导游，有个部分就是关于基本素质、道德修养的。我想这里也差不多是这样，就是不知道准确的表达应该是什么。 那得根据课程内容才知道了，我猜是“专业素养和相关法律”-_!! 哈哈，我是完全的外行，也没有找到相关介绍，只有猜了。:D My opionionproject work:工程/项目设计

我猜professional practice and law是 职业惯例与法规参考Oxford Advanced Learner's English-Chinese Dictionary
practice：
3. (a) [U] way of doing sth that is common or habitual 惯例; 常规: It is accepted/standard practice to pay a deposit with one's order. 在预订时交付定金是一般的[普遍遵守的]惯例.

professional pratice 专业实践
而 law 则不是"法律,法规", 而是相当于 rules
专业实践与实践规则 上午问我外教，他说和law用在一起的话，就是当成职业操守这样的意思的 就翻译成专业实践和法律，有什么不妥吗？
