差不多是投标书或公司介绍之类的文档吧.

我不是很明白 Constitution 在这里面具体应该怎么翻?

它的意思有这么多:
  n.宪法, 构造, 体质, 体格, 国体, 章程, 惯例

不知该放哪个意思进去合适?
