办公楼的“第一期”怎么翻译？

比如一个集团，建立了第一栋楼房，然后过不久又扩展了楼盘，那他就需要分“第一期”和“第二期”。。
这个“第一期”怎么翻译？

比如  xx大厦一期501房

period更偏重于“时代”、“期间”，比如

the period 当代

in the ... period 在。。。期间

呵呵，不知是不是。:p
